At Van-Arnez Hair, I strive to provide every client with a premium, personalized experience rooted in care, excellence, and expertise. Please review the following booking guidelines to ensure your appointment goes smoothly: What is a Client Consultation? A client consultation is a short, focused appointment before your first service. We sit down, look at your hair/scalp in real life Hair must be out and clean. We talk through your goals, lifestyle, budget, maintenance, and map out the right service plan for you. Think of it as your beauty blueprint. ( If you’re a new client this is a requirement no expectations. 1. Deposits & Payments To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $35 is required at the time of booking. No appointments will be confirmed without a deposit. The remaining balance is due immediately after your service is complete. Accepted payment methods: • Cash • Apple Pay • Zelle: Rhodes.Van@gmail.com or (404) 353-4501 Squeeze-in Appointments: For urgent or last-minute bookings, a flat rate of $500 applies—regardless of the service type. ⸻ 2. Late Policy Please arrive on time to respect both your time and the next client’s. A $25 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If I’m running behind, my assistant may assist with your prep (wash, braid down, etc.). ⸻ 3. Lace Guidelines (Frontals & Closures) Only HD lace is accepted for installs. If you have a lighter complexion or unique skin tone, please check in with me at least a week before your appointment so I can guide you on the best lace option. I’m here to ensure your install looks seamless and natural. ⸻ 4. Hair Drop-Off & Customization All wigs, bundles, frontals, and closures must be dropped off at least 3 days before your appointment if you need customization (including bleaching knots, tinting lace, or color services). If you fail to drop off hair in advance, a $50 same-day customization fee will be added to your final payment. ⸻ 5. Clean Hair Policy All bundles must be clean and ready for use. I offer bundle cleaning services for $25 using gentle, nourishing products (silicone mix, hydrating shampoo, and conditioner). If you choose to clean your own bundles, please rinse thoroughly and allow time to fully dry. ⸻ 6. Texture Matching for Traditional Sew-Ins Your bundles should match your natural hair texture. I do not press or straighten curly or kinky textures to “blend.” Let’s celebrate your natural texture together we can achieve a flawless install that blends beautifully. ⸻ 7. Feel free to reach out if you need guidance before purchasing!) ⸻ 8. Additional Bundle Fees There is an additional $20 fee if you’re using more than 3 bundles for your install. ⸻ 9. No Work on Another Stylist’s Install Out of respect for my work and standards, I do not work on installs done by another stylist. If you have previous work installed, it must be taken down prior to your appointment. I also do not service relaxed hair. ⸻ Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please speak up before leaving the chair. While I do not offer refunds, I’m committed to making sure you leave feeling confident and beautiful—and I will gladly make adjustments to ensure you’re satisfied. ⸻ Thank you for trusting me with your crown. Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required for all bookings. The non-refundable retainer fee confirms your appointment and will be applied to your final balance. Cancelled appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment time can be reschedule.
